You might have set some great resolutions at the start of 2019 like putting yourself first and looking after yourself better but have you really been doing that?
Living, in general, is hard but living with a chronic illness is really hard.
You have to do the same as everyone else but you also have to do it on top of managing your illness.
By February you're already tired and feeling a little deflated with how the year is going already which is why I created this 21-day self-care challenge.
I know how precious our time is and therefore most of these challenges will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. If you want to do them for more than 10 minutes that's completely up to you.
